Postage and Direct Deposit

We use standard postage and packing included on all our single 12" + 7" bundle shipments within Australia via Australia Post.

Please use the CONTACT page if you require any special needs or added extras for your postage such as registered mail, or insurance on your purchase. These will be an additional cost at the buyers expense and be charged at Australia Post rates.

Overseas / International buyers please CONTACT us for international postal rates.

Hangmad Productions cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit by Australia Post or their carriers used.

RETURNS

We ask you to ship at your own cost all defective products back to us within 14 days of receiving the faulty item for a visual inspection before we can refund or exchange on the merchandise, which is to be issued at our discretion.

At Hangmad we try to eliminate the ability for these records to be purchased in large quantity. We check every order of these limited edition coloured copies to ensure customers adhere to this policy. Quantity limits per customer may be applied at our discretion. Hangmad Productions reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we feel these conditions are not being adhered to.
